We want to help you achieve your career goals, whether that is in security, law enforcement, or public service.

Securiguard hosts monthly government-required Basic Security Training at our regional offices. Our course ensures that all graduates meet the requirements of providing enhanced customer service, leading to greater employment opportunities.

Upon completion of the Basic Security Training, all our K9 handlers undergo from 1 – 3 months of dedicated classroom and field training at our national training facility in Langley, BC before validating with their K9 at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Validation must be maintained each year and our handlers continue to attend weekly training sessions with our Law Enforcement mentors to learn more about evolving regulations, sharpen their skills and hone their craft. It is the dedication of our trainers and handlers that ensures the success of our K9 team.

We also provide opportunities for ongoing growth and professional development, with a wide selection of classes through our Advanced Training Centre and online learning platform, REACH Online, including areas such as Occupational First Aid.
